If you would like to return some or all of your ordered items, you have the option of returning the goods within 14 days.

And that is how it works:

Write to us via chat or email (info@nani-loa.com) and we will explain where it needs to be sent.

Please also note our general terms and conditions.

A notice:
We only accept returned items in their original condition.

Goods that are custom-made, personalized or come from a mystery box cannot be exchanged.
